Orochi V2 not waking up

Hello,
I've been using Orochi V2 for 1 year and I love it. But recently I encountered some problem when the mouse is sleeping while using 2.4ghz mode. I've tried using all the method in the forum but my mouse still not working. I hope this is not some hardware issue because I love this mouse so much.

Does it happen while connected/paired to another USB port or computer? Ensure that the device's firmware is updated as well.
I'm only connecting to my pc and yes I've updated my firmware.

Were you able to download and install the Razer Mouse Pairing Utility? Please replicate the issue while connected to another computer too.
I just switched to Bluetooth mode today, and my orochi v2 won't wake up from Bluetooth sleep. I turned off my computer's Bluetooth, and turned off the mouse, waited 30 seconds, turned both back on, and it still took a good minute omegle for the mouse to reconnect.
