This mouse is actually downgraded. I used the V1 every single day as a left hander. But they removed the two thumb buttons that left handers would use making this virtually useless for me. It feels like they are not only not supporting left handed users, but are becoming NON EXCLUSIVE to left handed users... by starting to leave these buttons out.

Faux Abidexterity = Non Exclusive to Left Handers

the design throws me off, it looks like those cheap mice you can get anywhere

This is for me the biggest surprise of this mouse.

One thing puzzles me. I bought a Razer Orochi V2 mouse and previously I had a G305 mouse from Logitech and in that mouse there was an extension cord to lead the USB receiver to the desk top so that it was 20-30cm away from the mouse and there is no such extension in the Orochi V2. I am going to use this mouse in e-sports games on a desktop computer, not a laptop and I have this receiver on the back of the computer, it is about 70 cm away from the mouse and I wonder if it is too far or it will not be lost signal? I do not play on a laptop, then the receiver would be close to the mouse only on the desktop and I am a bit worried about the lack of an extension cord for this USB receiver. Like I say, I am an avid CS: GO esports player and cannot afford any signal loss, hence my fears. Once again, the fact that I have the receiver inserted into the back of my desktop computer will not cause any signal interference or better if I buy a USB extension cord so that the mouse is 20 cm from the receiver? PS, by the way, for a mouse for 80 Euro, you should add a USB extension cable because people will also use this mouse on desktops and not only on laptops. Please dispel my justified doubts, because it worries me a bit that the receiver is so far from the mouse, inserted into the computer at the back, and the signal has to overcome these 70 cm and penetrate the desk top.

Razer Orichi V2 is designed to be the perfect travel mouse and therefore have a very long life battery using bluetooth BLE technology.
But if you see latency, you should switch to mode wireless 2.4 GHz.
Don't forget that mode wireless 2.4 GHz has a higher power consumption.

Looks comfortable but I prefer getting the Deathadder V2
