I am using a Pro Click Mini for almost 2 years but recently, it was unable to connect to any Bluetooth Devices that have already been paired. I tried to remove the mouse from all my devices and re-pair all of them, however, none of my devices (3 Windows PC and an Android phone) were able to detect the mouse. Connection via the dongle is fine, but I can’t get the Bluetooth to work. Any help?
Same Problem here ! I’m unable to delete the paired devices from the mouse and pair a new one. help !
I have used my Pro Click Mini less than a year (bought it in october last year or near october) BUT now I suddenly can’t pair my mouse with Bluetooth… I have tried on serval laptops that I have and where I normally use it with BT (in total I use the mouse normally with 4 laptops - but I have not tried dongle yet since its on the old laptop - but this also is related to the BT)… I have really been trying all also reinstall drivers - the intel drivers for BT…. Hoping Razer themselves will respond here!!
Ok, here are 2 options that may help if your mouse has been unable to enter pairing mode:
- Claim you warranty if it is still valid.
- Perform a System Restore to a time when your device can connect successfully via Bluetooth to the mouse. Then, from there try entering pairing mode on a DIFFERENT Bluetooth slot. Apparently, Windows System Restore restores the previously paired devices. This means that if you click Remove Device from the list of paired Bluetooth devices, it will return after the System Restore and the mouse may be able to reconnect. Since System Restore is usually configured to create a new restore point when installations and Windows updates happen, your mileage may vary.
To me, this is inherently a firmware issue and since this mouse does not have any option to update the firmware, we are kinda stuck until Razer engineers come out with something. But I also believe this may be a bug in the Bluetooth module itself.
I love this mouse as a productivity mouse and hope Razer comes out with a new version and fixes this issue, or at least give us a hard reset button.
Let me know if any of these helped. Best of Luck
Same here with razer pro click.!!!!!
I’m getting the same problem too. I have a computer and two laptops; all with Bluetooth. But none of them find my Pro Click Mini when pairing. The dongle works fine.
Just for testing sake however: I can successfully pair my Naga Pro to all three computers.
I’m getting the same with with the Pro Click, I am unable to see the mouse when scanning for bluetooth devices from multiple devices I have previously been see it, including windows 10, windows 11, android phone and android tablet.
Exactly the same problem here. It seems that the mouse always tries to connect only to the paired bluetooth device, as per the bluetooth slot chosen.
So I’m now kind a stuck here, as my work laptop is not able to pair with the ProClick Mini anymore on the existing bluetooth slot, and I have already paired the mouse with two other devices, so it doesn’t pair with my work laptop when on any other of those bt pairing slots either.
Seems like the ProClick Mini is disposable after you have paired it with three devices, and those devices fail on connecting, as there seems to be no way to reset the mouse, or update its firmware...
I’ve been now trying to explain this issue to Razer Support in +10 messages and two different tickets with no luck at all. Really frustrating as they seem to be just asking the same questions in a loop.
Has someone really gotten something out from Razer regarding this issue, or should I just give up and never look back?
Hi, same here replaced my laptop and know I can put this mouse ionto the trash ? C’mon.. there must be any hint?
Actually I just received a confirmation yesterday from Razer, that the mouse must be faulty.
Let's see how the replacement one operates.
I’m able to pair on multiple computers...but not re-connect with my Pro Click Mini recently purchased.
I am able to pair two different computers (I’m using blue for 1st computer and green for 2nd computer). After pairing one computer, it connects just fine, but when I try to switch computers (by toggling the to the appropriate color) the 2nd computer fails to re-connect. The only way I can get the 2nd computer to re-connect is to remove the paired mouse in settings/devices and then re-pair the mouse. Then the same drill if I want to switch back to the other computer. INSANITY. What a nightmare to be able to use the mouse on multiple computers. Cannot find any solutions out there and if I don’t resolve soon, sending mouse back and staying away from Razer products.
Love the efficiency of the mouse when I’m connected and they Synapse control panel, but all-in-all, it is completely not worth the inefficiency of re-pairing to be able to connect to a different computer. Beyond frustrated.
Does Razer have a customer service number?

Just solved the blue tooth pair / connect issue described above. Turns out I watched the microsoft blue tooth trouble shooting video and it turns out I had a USB C cable plugged into my computers that I used to charge my wireless keyboard. Ver strange that this would cause blue tooth issues, but once I pulled the UCB C cable, I’m able to toggle back and forth between computers with no problem. This will be a little extra pain, but certainly better than having to re-pair every time I want to switch devices. Going to stick with the pro-click mini for now.

The issue indeed seemed to be in the hardware / mouse firmware. Now the replacement mouse I got from Razer is properly entering the pairing mode again, when pressing down the Connect button on the mouse for few seconds. At least I was able to pair, and re-pair the mouse to my laptop on the same “blue” bluetooth slot. Yay!
Hi, just to give you an update I’m since 1 week in contact with Razer Support and the last think they want a Video from me ? They kidding me, or ? I’m close to sell all my Razer equipment with this kind of support . I get aggro just by the beginning of all e-mail .. sorry blabla its a copy anbd paste all the time … puuuhh.
Looks like now a bit movement is coming into the subject. Just received the information that my support case is forwarded to an higher instance. Let’s cross fingers there is any solution exist. As I realy love the ergonomic of this mouse.
Have the same issue, mouse does not show up on any computer trying to pair via bluetooth.
i have the same problem, Has anyone solved it yet? how to hard reset the mouse
same problem can’t get the mouse into pairing mode again. Tried the firmware update that didn’t work either.
Same Problem here ! I’m unable to delete the paired devices from the mouse and pair a new one. help !
I HAVE THE SOLUTION!!!
- TURN OFF BLUETOOTH ON ALL NEARBY PREVIOUSLY CONNECTED DEVICES. (PHONES, IPAD, LAPTOPS PC ETC)
- SWITCH TO BLUETOOTH MODE AND HOLD BUTTON DOWN 5 SECONDS UNTIL YOU ENTER PAIRING MODE - YOU’LL NOTICE THE LIGHT FLASHES AT A SLOWER PACE.
- TURN ON THE BLUETOOTH FOR THE DEVICE YOU WANT TO CONNECT TO AND CONNECT
- IT WORKED FOR ME, HOPE IT WORKS FOR YOU TOO
- YOU MIGHT WANNA TRY TO DOWNLOAD THE FIRMWARE UPDATE AFTERWARDS Razer Pro Click Mini Firmware Updater | RZ01-03990

Thanks for your pointers :)
Unfortunately this didn’t work for me.
For context, I’m on my 2nd Pro Click Mini, which was the replacement Razer kindly supplied after the same issue popped up on the first Pro Click Mini, after around 11 months of usage.
For this second mouse, which I received in July 2023, I check during Christmas that it was still going into pairing mode fine, in all 3 BT slots, regardless of what devices are around me. So I went ahead and put this issue behind my mind. I saw discussions about how on earth the mouse can have its FW updated without a USB port, so I didn’t think too much of it since.
However, after I spotted the firmware release in March, only earlier this week, I tried running it but was unsuccessful on my desktop computer (my only computer with Synapse) which connects via the dongle mainly (the FW update wants a BT pairing), got my daily laptop (green BT slot), won’t work either, couldn’t try the device paired to the yellow slot as I no long have access to it. You know what’s coming...
Interestingly, I was able to complete the firmware update on the computer that’s had the blue (primary?) BT pairing. So it appears the trick to do the firmware update, is to do it from the computer paired with the Blue BT slot?!
Unfortunately the issue persisted, no matter how long I hold the connect button for 3 seconds for (ha), the mouse just won’t do the slow steady blink to indicate it’s going into BT pairing mode :(
Help please Razer… I’ve logged a support ticket and will update people here with a hopeful solution.
Hello everyone, just a quick update.
First I praise the team at Razer getting back to my support case within 24 hours of raising it.
However, after the 2nd email reply, I got informed that as my replacement PCM carries the warranty period of the origianl one I purchased (up to 14 July 2024), having discovered this issue 14 or 15 days (depending on timezone, I'm in New Zealand), the replacement one is now out of warranty, therefore effectively, there's nothing Razer can do.
I asked for an escalation of my case considering the wide spread nature, and close proximity to the warranty period of discovering this issue.
Furthermore, I asked for the following to be taken into consideration, which are done based on the positive experience I received for the initial support I requested for the original PCM:
- I travelled to the Razer headquarters in Singapore, and bought a Naga v2 Hyperspeed, days after receiving my replacement PCM, of course I didn't go to Singapore just for this, but I took almost a day out of my first ever trip to Singapore, to go into a part of Singapore that had no other attractions for me nearby, to pay some "brand loyalty".
- For my birthday this month, I bought a Deathstalker v2 pro and Basilisk v3 pro as birthday present for myself. Yes, my choice, simply because of the positive support experience I got earlier. I now have as many Razer wireless desktop PAIRs as many meals most people eat in a day.
By the way in my latest support case, I asked for help to find a solution, I didn't demand a replacement or anything like that (I didn't the first time either). I still have functional Bluetooth gear from the very earliest days of Bluetooth, and they can still get into pairing mode just fine. Even if the root cause of the PCM unable to get into pairing mode, like so many of us have experienced, is a malfunction of an internal component, an excellent engineering based company like Razer, should be able to find a fix right?
Look at it, Razer can figure out how to do Firmware updates OVER Bluetooth! This is a feat that pretty much all of us believed were impossible, when I was doing research on this same issue just over a year ago.
Come on Razer, this appears to be all in software, getting into Pairing mode regardless of connection status is one of the fundamentals of BT connectivity, I will happily put up my PCM to accept any experimental Firmware updates, on the road to find a fix for this. Because when it works, I will happily pay full retail for a new PCM mouse again, and continue to expand my Razer fleet (I have a 2020 Blade 15, and am saving up for a AMD Blade.
But right now, after disappointingly being told I'm SOOL, I'd have to mark my calendar to regularly test all my Razer peripherals' Bluetooth functionalities, before their warranty expires, and have a look around for other AMD powered laptop options.
H0ly cr@p I wrote another essay 0_o Thanks everyone for your patience.
Hello everyone, just a quick update on my support case on this issue.
I have provided video evidence of this issue to Razer Support team, interesting I can ONLY get the mouse to get into pairing mode, when it’s ACTIVELY connected to one of the BT slots.
Long story short, we are still going back and forth, so far 1 support member has acknowledged it does look like a mouse’ firmware issue. All the support members so far have been understanding and apologetic.
Hoping to find a permanent fix for us all None of my other Razer Bluetooth device, or any brands’ BT devices, have this issue.
Hi Everyone,
Same bull same sh... Unfortunately have same issue but this time i lost my dongle and my warranty is over. so no chance to update the fw :(
how i solved ?
Changed the battery with the new ones, tried again and no chance :(
Then I tried to pair with my Windows laptop, it successfully paired w it. Then i tried to pair with my Mac again and it worked.
Thank you for your update :)
Unfortunately I haven't heard back from the Razer support team for almost 2 months now, I still can't put any of the BT slots into pairing mode at will, only when it's already connected.
