Problem with mouse connection via 2.4 GHz protocol Deathadder v3 Pro

I used the mouse for 2 days everything was fine, just inserting the transmitter into the laptop, the last time I used the mouse without a wire at the airport but when I arrived home, I found that the cursor was not responding. Having connected the mouse by wire, it works well, I thought it might be discharged, but Synapse shows 100%, I turn it off and when I move it, the white indicator only flashes.
I changed the placement of the transmitter to another USB-A connector, nothing helped, to update the firmware it will require the connection of a 2.4 GHz transmitter, although it is turned on.....

Check if 2.4 GHz Hyperspeed dongle is detected in Windows via Device manager.

If not, then there’s some problem with the dongle itself.

Unfortunately, I completely ruined the Dondle, I read on the forum that you can try to support this 2.4 GHz receiver under a hair dryer for a minute and maybe it will work, and before that, I finally made sure that it was out of order. Because no system has seen the mouse through this transmitter. But after a hair dryer, it melted))), so I will either use the cable or buy a Dondle 4000, or try to find just a new 2.4 transmitter, but I think it is hardly sold separately.

Currently out of stock: https://www.razer.com/replacement-parts-mice/Razer-Mice-Keyboards-USB-HyperSpeed-Dongle/RC30-03420100-R3M1 but you can subscribe, and get an notification, when it’ll be available again.

You could just RMA the mouse, rather than trying to fix on your own, especially when you have valid warranty :)

Yes, I know, it’s my own fault, but I’m a trucker and I just physically don’t have time for service centers, and when buying a razer mouse, I couldn’t even imagine that I would encounter such a problem. But in any case, thank you, is it true that you sent this product sold in the USA, but not in Europe?)

up!

I’m waiting for the representatives of the razer to recommend where I can buy a new 2.4ghz transmitter, given that it’s simply not possible to hand over the mouse to the service.
