Hello, I have a problem with the scroll on my mouse. when I use it up or down, the screen jumps up or down by itself and I can't control it. is there any way to do that? everything works fine with a normal mouse.

You can try to “clean” scroll encoder - just spray some canned air inside (left side of the scroll). The best way is to disassembly whole mouse and then clean it properly with a q-tip.
