I bought a Razer Basilisk Ultimate mouse 2 years ago and it already has problems with the wheel, when scrolling up, it can do up down up down. At the same time, at work I have a Razer Ouroboros, this mouse is more than 10 years old, and everything is fine with the keys and wheel. So I have a question, why is an old mouse assembled from the best components THAN NEW ONES? Why should I suffer? I am in the Russian Federation and we do not have service centers to fix the wheel of my mouse. WHAT should I do?
