Hi everyone,
I'm looking to get a Razer Orochi V2 with the My Melody design. I noticed that I can either buy the official themed mouse directly for around NT$3,090, OR I can buy a standard version of the Orochi V2 plus a separate custom My Melody top shell for about NT$680, and then swap the shell myself.
Since the Orochi V2 is designed with a removable magnetic top cover anyway, are there any differences between these two approaches besides the packaging and price? Does buying a separate custom shell affect the official warranty in any way?
