For the mouse Razer Naga X (or other similar mice): Can you only assign macros to the side buttons or can as well work as independent buttons from keyboard? This is, can I assign a button for example in a game without having a macro or binding with existent keyboard keys? Hope I explained well my question. Sorry for my english and thanks in advance.

Yes, you can assign these buttons to keyboard function → then choose some higher function keys like F13-F24 (which are non-existent on ‘standard’ keyboards).
