Questions about the Razer Mouse Dock Pro

So I just got my hands in a Mouse Dock Pro for my basilisk V3, and I'm curious about a couple things I didn't know before buying it. Hoping others can confirm.

  1. When the mouse is charging, The mouse and dock pulsate with a color that is different from what I have set in Synapse. I don't seem to be able to turn this off or change this setting. Is this true?

  2. The dock works as a 4k polling transceiver, but it only seems to connect to my mouse. It doesn't seem that it can work as a hub for all my wireless devices. If I have a keyboard or other 2.5Ghz device, they need their own, separate dongle, right?
