Hello

I bought a razer v3 basilick on amazon. I checked about a week ago if it was still under warranty. My problem is with the infinity scroll: when i click the button to use it doesn't work. Tell me if ,and how, i can fix or exchange it

    Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
