Razer Abyssus 1800 USB (RZ01-0036) absolutely stop working after firmware update (1.01), not even by windows it is being recognized, it was totally unusable

 

any solution?

Have you tried resetting the mouse to its default settings and reconnecting it to your computer? You can also try using a different USB port or a different computer to see if the issue persists. If the problem still persists, I would recommend reaching out to Razer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide you with specific instructions on how to troubleshoot and fix the issue.


Additionally, you can also try rolling back to the previous firmware version to see if that resolves the issue. You can download the previous version from the Razer website and follow the instructions for installation.
