My basilisk isn’t charging via cable or dock. I have updated all firmware tried different ports and a different cable. Nothing works. It appears as though it is charging, but it will never go up in percentage.

Have you tried plugging it into a different power source? What about trying a different cable? Feel free to reach out via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
