Razer Basilisk Ultimate clicks not working
Hello, i have a problem with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate.
I didn't use the product for a week, and when I wanted to use it again, neither the left nor the right click on the mouse worked, and before that there was nothing wrong with it. I tried to connect it to another computer and that didn't help either, it doesn't detect left or right click at all. The other buttons work fine but not these two.

i have only had mine for a few days and the left click doesn't seem to always respond. i've had to push 2-3 times before anything happened.
+1_Mata34_Looks like some hardware problem for me. But you can try connect another mouse + basilisk ult, and try reset it to default settings via Synapse. You can also try to update FW if possible: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4552

i d like to know the solution cause I have the exact same issue with mine. I had to remap left click to button 4 to be able to use it, but I cannot game this way …
