Razer Basilisk Ultimate freezes regularly

once a day, the mouse will freeze randomly for a few seconds. When it unfreezes, the cursor moves instantly. Every time this happens, my manual calibration in Synapse is reverted to default, and I'm unable to change it back (clicking on my manual calibration profile will cause Synapse to freeze for a second, then automatically boot me to the smart tracking tab) until I turn my mouse off and on again.

    Does the behavior happen while connecting the mouse to another USB port or computer? You may try repairing your Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if that helps.
