Hello,
I have had my Basilisk for a little longer than 2 years, and found out the entire mouse is not charging. Whether I put it on the dock or usb cable, use a different USB port on the PC, clean the pins or update the firmware, it seems to not want to charge the mouse. How can I solve this issue?

Did you try connecting the mouse for at least 30 minutes while plugged into its charging dock connected to a PC's USB port? The mouse has a possible hardware issue if the issue persists even after performing the steps you've posted above.
I did, yes, without any success. Is there a way to fix this possible hardware issue?

Unfortunately, Razer is not repairing peripherals and only replaces them if the device is within the warranty period. Let me move your thread to our mouse board and get feedback/advice from other users.
