Hello all, my wife got me a Razer Basilisk Ultimate as a gift, but I can’t seem to get it to connect via the wireless dongle. It works just fine with the usb cable. I looked it up and downloaded Razer’s re-pairing software, but it keeps saying it can’t reconnect the dongle to the mouse. Is there a way to buy a new dongle that’s compatible with the Basilisk Ultimate or am I just stuck hardlined?
