Razer Basilisk Ultimate not working wireless and cannot be pair with dongle

Hi,

Please help. My Razer basilisk Ultimate stop working wirelessly. I tried reinstalling Synapse but no changes. I also tried Updating the dongle firmware but stuck to 40 percent only.  I tried pairing the dongle and mouse, both are detected but PAIRING FAILED.

 

How to fix this please.
