Hi all,
Does anyone know if you can get a second 2.4Ghz RF dongle and if a razer mouse will connect to it?
I recently purchased the Razer Basilisk Ultimate wireless mouse with dock and so far, I am loving it. It feels comfy and looks great.
In addition to gaming, I use it for work when working from home and in the office. Thing is, I sometimes forget to unplug the 2.4Ghz RF dongle from the dock when heading to the office and then cannot use it as it doesn't actually have any BT capability (correct me if I am wrong). Is there anyway of getting a second 2.4Ghz RD dongle so I can have one permanently in the office and one in the dock?
Thanks you for feedback in advance!
Sam

Try contacting Razer Support for the 2nd dongle, but I think it'll be not possible to do (at least not so easy).
Previously I've been told, that every dongle is unique, and hard-paired to the mouse (so even if you lost your dongle you cannot use it wirelessly), but from few months there is a Razer pairing tool available - so I assume, that you can pair a new dongle with Basilisk Ultimate when the 1st is lost or damaged.
Even if the pairing tool work - you'll probably bind your mouse to one dongle only. So every time, when you go to office, or get from office you'll have to pair dongle with the tool (correct me if I'm wrong).
Basilisk Ultimate doesn't have BT option - DeathAdder V2 Pro and Orochi V2 have 2.4GHz mode and BT.

Hi FiszPL, thank you for the info. I will raise a ticket or email to the support team. It is a shame that the Basilisk doesn't have BT for use connecting to a second computer. At £100 + you thought it would.
