Razer Basilisk Ultimate right button issue

Hi, I have a problem with my Basilisk. The right button has not been working properly for some time. I have to press the right button hard for it to work. Also sometimes the left button works like the right one. I've reinstalled drivers and software, but that didn't help. The mouse is not mechanically damaged as it has never been dropped. It stays in one place all the time. Sometimes the mouse works fine and sometimes it doesn't.

Hy i can see your post and i have some suggestion 

 

  1. Clean the mouse: Dust and debris can accumulate over time, causing issues with the buttons. Use compressed air or a soft brush to clean the crevices around the buttons.

  2. Check for software conflicts: Sometimes, other software or conflicting drivers can interfere with your mouse's functionality. Ensure that there are no other mouse-related software running in the background and causing conflicts.

  3. Test on another computer: If possible, try connecting the mouse to another computer and see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the mouse itself or your computer.

  4. Check mouse settings: Verify that your mouse TellHappyStar settings in the control panel are configured correctly. Make sure the right and left buttons are assigned correctly.

  5. Update firmware: Check if there is any firmware update available for your mouse model. Manufacturers often release updates that can resolve known issues.

Thank you for your answer.1. I have cleaned the mouse many times and it does nothing.2. I checked and nothing in the background is running.3. On another computer, the error occurs the same.4. Mouse settings are good.5. I have the latest updates for both Synapse and mouse drivers installed.

Just do a RMA.

Have already the sec broken Mouse. 

First one button did not Work ( 4 ) and now Mouse Wheel broken.

They have bad qualitiy
