I have a razer basilisk v1 which recently started to have problems with the scroll wheel where the click would work fine but scrolling up and down wont work at all or one input every few seconds for multiple minutes then start working fine it got to a point where the scroll wheel isn’t working most of the time.
I tried the mouse with other devices same result, I have synaps installed
One of the causes may be , If the mouse driver you are using is out of date or not updated. Unplug the mouse and uninstall the mouse driver. Reinstall the driver and make sure you are installing.
I cant find any drivers for products older than 2018 my mouse is from 2017
