Razer basilisk V2 (Hypershift Not working)

I have noticed that my Razer Hypershift started not working and i don't know why . I tried update my firmware and update the Razer Synapse also no working . I also tried uninstall and reinstall but same....... Please HELP ! i gonna crazy !

    That's unfortunate! You may contact the Razer Support for more options. If the device is still in warranty, then you can request for RMA. Good luck!

    I have the same problem on my Basilisk, but i have found one workaround. Instead using the hypershift function i have created a new profile On the first profile (Set1) i utilized the funcion "Switch profile->Specific profile" to move to the second profile(Set2) On the second profile i perform the same operation but pointing on Set1 profile. I hope this method can help you
