On the mouse is 3 side buttons the 2 side buttons and the extra button separate from the rest can I not use it as a mouse button 6 or something I wanna be able to use it in game without giving up one of the side buttons

There’s no mouse 6 etc.
But you can bind it to non-used key like F13-F24 (in Keyboard Function → Function).
