I am having a problem with my Razer Basilisk v3 pro. The click scroll is not responsive, so when I use applications that require me to use the click scroll, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. Can anyone help me find a solution?

Good luck finding answers, I have simple questions on assigning actions to buttons on my razor mouse, there isnt any easy way to find answers, make a ticket and everything suggested will take you 8 hrs to do, why havent these people found someone with “usability” experience to make tutorials for us dummys? You even watch a tutorial from 4 years ago that show you how to do marcos in synaps 4 and the pics of the video show synaps three.. A easy fix is buy a logictech mouse its quicker than finding answers on this site.
I totally agree with you! This time, the problem with my Razer Basilisk is solved, but I did not find an answer to the problem of the dongle not being able to connect to the Nari Ultimate. Why is it so hard to find a solution for Razer, especially in Indonesia? When I asked the Razer flagship store on one of the online selling platforms, they didn't know anything. I conclude that they just sell products without knowing what they are selling.
