Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out because I’m experiencing an issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro mouse. Maybe someone here has encountered something similar?

When using it wirelessly, I notice several problems: it stutters, the scroll wheel doesn’t work properly, the left button responds intermittently, and the vertical and horizontal movements stop and resume randomly.

However, as soon as I connect it via cable, it returns to being an excellent mouse—smooth and fully responsive. I’ve already updated both the mouse firmware and the dock, but the issue persists.

If anyone has any suggestions or has faced a similar issue, I’d love to hear your advice!

Hi Ugly_one,

I understand your Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is experiencing performance issues in wireless mode. To isolate the issue, please try the steps outlined below:
 

1. Make sure to connect the USB dongle directly to the PC and verify there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.
2. Check for other wireless devices that might be causing interference, such as Wi-Fi routers or Bluetooth devices.
3. Make sure to fully charge your mouse battery, as low battery can cause issues.
3. Make sure to update your Razer Basilisk V3 Pro firmware by follw the steps here.
4. Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software. 
5. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
6. Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.
