I bought this mouse very recently because I thought I was getting a high quality mouse which justified the price.
Currently, this mouse is not turning on at all, no matter what I do. Im charging it and it doesnt seem to react at all to the cable being connected or to me moving the switches on/off/Bluetooth. This mouse has no damage whatsoever just suddenly stopped working.
What do I do to fix this problem? I had the Razer Viper Ultimate mouse before and this would sometimes as well but would start working after some time, which is not happening in this case.
Is this an issue with all Razer mice?? I have never had this issue with any other brand.
Asking for help on how to resolve this issue.
