I’ve owned this mouse for a couple of years, but as of recent synapse updates the chroma is not working properly and now THE MOST ANNOYING  part is the mouse is disconnecting when I remove it from the mouse pad by holding it up. When I hold it up the lights on it turn red and it disconnects from my pc causing ALL  my razer peripherals to not work for a split sec.  It’s unusable at this point!!  Please fix this! There is no way I’ve done something because the last time I’ve opened my PC was a week ago and this was not happening back then. I have the latest firmware installed for all of my devices too! (But you guys have not updated this mouse firmware since 2023...). I’ve already tried reinstalling the synapse software and the problem persists! Please help!

Update! When I checked the drivers I have 2! One for Basilisk and one for BlackWidow! But I only have a blackWidow Keyboard NOT mouse! When I hold the mouse Up both drivers get automatically installed
