I have the same problem, almost. When I lift off mouse, it turns off and I can't click or scroll (cursor is still there). When I put it down, it turns on and my scroll wheel goes up one time. When I change USB port, my mouse completly disconnects(and cursor) when I lift off. Can u help me?

Please bear with me for a bit. Just for isolation, can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
