Before the new Synapse software, the mouse scroll button worked fine. After installing the new Synapse software, I pressed the scroll button and the connection kept dropping and never recovered. How can ı fix this?

Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall its drivers and update the firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
