Razer basilisk x hiperspeed sensor diode

hi, I bought a razer basilisk x hiperspeed a couple of years ago, the sensor failed this year, I can't carry it under warranty, since the warranty period has expired, I would like to ask you what kind of infrared diode and what power is in my mouse. Thanks.
