I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse when using the 2.4 GHz connection. The problems are as follows:
- When I switch to 2.4 GHz mode, the green indicator light does not turn on, and the mouse does not work.
- The red sensor light remains on even when the mouse is switched off.
- Sometimes, the mouse does not connect via 2.4 GHz but starts working after a while.
- The mouse works fine in Bluetooth mode.
- When it eventually starts working in 2.4 GHz mode, the red sensor light turns off when the mouse is switched off.
Since the problem persists, could you provide further assistance or suggest additional troubleshooting steps? If this is a hardware issue, what are my options for repair or replacement?
