Razer basilisk x hyperspeed connected but staying „off“

So if I go into the Razer software app, I can see the mouse but it shows as „off“ even tho the lights are blinking (On Bluetooth and usb)? If I get the usb thing out the mouse disappears, if I get it in it shows the mouse, but it always shows me that it is off even tho I turn it on (on usb). I tried Bluetooth too, but it doesn’t shows there at all. I installed all new soft- and firmware. I really don’t know what else I can try, really disappointing because it such a good mouse that I’ve had for over an year or two.
