I just bought a mouse and after connecting it I installed Synapse, but it doesn't see the mouse, but when I switch to Bluetooth it immediately appears in Synapse, I don't know what to do, please help me Here is a video of how it happens -

    I already responded to your other thread and suggested you try the steps here for further isolation. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific steps to help you resolve the issue. Thanks!

    Im having the same problem and it still isnt working. It still only shows in bluetooth mode.
