Razer basilisk x hyperspeed not responding

Hi i have a had a basilisk x hyperspeed for about 2 years now and just as of tonight it suddenly froze mid use. It is not responding to any actions i do except it keeps moving just a slight tiny bit upwards continuously. Is it the lazy problem as the laser appears to not be passing through? Or is there something i dont know
