Hi there. So my Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse will not work at all on the USB plugin setting. It will work on Bluetooth but only if I have a secondary mouse plugged in to a different USB port. I have synapse installed, have checked all of the drivers, have tried unplugging and plugging back in, have made sure my software is up to date, and I have also uninstalled and reinstalled everything. The mouse will stop working if I unplug the secondary mouse from the USB and will immediately start working when I plug it back in. I'm not sure what gives. It's incredibly frustrating and I would like a solution.

Strange... for BT problems I'd update Bluetooth drivers, as seen many strange things with BT mouses (also not from Razer), after driver update - problem fixed.
With the USB dongle - is it possible to test it on another computer (you don't have to install Synapse).

I've gone through 4 of these mice over six months, it's happening regardless of Bluetooth or the 2.4 wireless. If it wasn't for the fact that Logitech has significant right-click issues, I'd go back to my 502. This is not a driver issue with the Hyperspeed that's for dang sure.
