Hi, I bought this mouse around 6 months ago.
While playing today, my mouse suddenly stopped working completly, and is only slowly moving the cursor down, no matter what I do with it. I tried to connect it with the bluetooth and with the usb adaptor, nothing changed.
I also tried to change the surface of which I use the mouse and to clean the laser sensor : nothing is working. The mouse is powered, but do not move apart from the slow going down I described prior.
I never used Synapse while I was using this mouse, so I tried to download it to see if it somehow changed anything, but while it does see the mouse it is stuck in the connecting phase, only charging forever with a loading circle on it.
I’m out of options at this point. Does anybody have an Idea on how to fix it ? I would like it if I didn’t have to bug another mouse only 6 month after buying one. Thanks in advance.
