razer click pro mini bluetooth not working

I can no longer pair my pro-click-mini with my laptop/pc.
I tried many laptop’s and pc’s, all work fine with other bluetooth devices, they all fail to see the pro-click-mini.

Currently I have to use the usb dongle to use the pro-click-mini, but I need that usb-a slot for other devices

Anybody know how to get the bluetooth working again?
Is there a trick to reset the pro-click-mini….

For anybody who points to the faq and the manual, or the firmware upgrade ..been there done that, it’s still not working.

Got the same issue, trying to pair it with a new work laptop, and not showing up.
Did the firmware update etc - nada, and unfortunately it just came out of warranty 2 months ago.

If only there was a hardware master reset button somewhere.

I have the same issue with my first purchase where the bluetooth does not go into pairing mode on all 3 device slots (yellow, blue and green). I got that warranteed then the second device I received starting having the same issues. Its simply a bad design on this mouse.

The Razer Pro Click (and mini) suffers from a known, reproducible, and irreversible Bluetooth failure mode caused by corruption of the internal Bluetooth pairing table stored in the BT controller’s NVRAM. This memory cannot be reset by the user, cannot be cleared through Synapse, and is not touched by firmware updates. Once corrupted, the Bluetooth subsystem becomes permanently bricked, leaving the mouse functional only in wired and 2.4 GHz modes.
The only true fix would be for Razer to release a firmware or software tool capable of resetting or reflashing the Bluetooth controller’s internal memory.
As of today, no such tool exists.
This is a product‑level flaw, not a user mistake.
