I have my mouse connected to the usb cord in the back of my PC, the synapse app says its charging but it is not charging. Would appreciate any help

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard or another USB port. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, drop me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
