I must say firstly i do not recommend this.

I have been having issues with button 5 not working on this i have reset the mouse, i have uninstalled and reinstalled the synapse software and used canned air to blow out the usb dongle and port. none of it worked. i just got fed up tonight and kinda smacked it on the desk a couple times… the button now works.

do with this knowledge what you will.

lol ok you’re never guess how i fixed it, i saw someone post about pushing the button really hard and i tried it. it worked, but i had to push it really REALLY hard. so i decided to just bang the buttons again my desk and guess what… they started working like normal again...

Hello, I´ve been looking around on the internet for an sollution but i can´t seem to find one. So the problem is. My button 4 and 5 on the side of the mouse aren´t working anymore. I never had this problem before but recently they quit working. The weird thing is. After i push in both the side buttons 4 and 5 and the 2 buttons on top. They both work for like 10 seconds again. I also just found out: if i hold one of the 2 side buttons for like 2 seconds they both start working again for like 30 seconds. I really have no idea what i can do to fix this. Is it some weird option/setting from the mouse that turns dissables the side buttons and when i hold them for a small amount of time it turns on both minecraft 1.19.20 apk buttons. Thanks for reading and mayby offer an sollution.

Sounds like a firmware or driver glitch — try reinstalling your mouse software or drivers, and check for firmware updates.

FYI, had this exact problem as many here. The side buttons and DPI buttons did not work. Tried updating firmware and resetting the mouse, nothing helped. It seemed like a hardware/physical problem though.

Ended up opening the mouse as suggested by a few other members here and just like they said, the internal cable was disconnected. I reconnected it and it worked perfectly...

I just had this type of issue. One thing that worked for me was to go into razer synapse and change the mouse profile. I happened to have multiple profiles already, but it might also work with creating a new profile. Now both profiles work again.

This worked thanks so much

Had the same issue, had tried most of the things. The solution was simple, just like Razer keyboards have a reset button combination, the same applies to mouses.

1.Unplug the mouse

2.Hold down the buttons 4 and 5

3.Plug again the mouse while holding the buttons

4.After 5 seconds aprox realase them
5.Ta daaa
