Razer Deathadder Elite stop working

hi i have razer deathadder and i was using like 1 year without problem today like 30 min ago i just install the razer firmware updater after using program my mouse stop working and my pc didnt recognize the mouse i try to use on another pc but it still doesn't work anymore how i can fix this pls help me

Same here, worked just fine until this new synapse update (which said it came out on 7/27/20 ???) but now it won't be detected in Synapse.... Why Razer Why

"Update" Went into Apps, Synapse, Modify and told it to repair program. Now the Death adder is found in synapse. Might work for other issues

If this is an older version of Deathadder elite, you might need Synapse 2.0

This is clearly a mouse hardware fault.
What are the chances the USB port on your another laptop being broken?

Usually when dealing with PC accessories, by plugging it to a different PC can determine whether the PC accessory is broken or not.

I would have probably just left this alone unless there was some issue you were having that wasnt resolved with a Synapse update as firmware flashing can go wrong :(

I've been fairly lucky in that department when flashing new firmwares to Razer's mice tho, just bad luck I guess for you... there are plenty of other models to consider to replace dead DeathAdder Elite with that have mucho upgrades to their hardware in place recently (they did indeed issue the V2 DeathAdder this year so consider this one)
