Mouse not detecting in firmware update and mouse scrolling down is glitchy to up and down
and Razer support contact is worst which redirect to same page why this companies are not good at support and Serivce but the price is to high
and my warranty also not detecting in warranty status
+1If scrolling is glitchy as you described, then firmware won’t help. It’s scroll encoder problem - it may be just dirty (sometimes it helps to clean with compressed air) or may be dying (and need a replacement).
Did you’ve tried FW updater on another PC? Or reconnecting mouse to other USB port (preferred USB 3.0 and above).

I did everything except compressed air but it still in warranty tho . To claim warranty in Razer is so difficult
