Razer Deathadder v2 back side button not working

Hi,

I’ve been playing Fortnite a bit recently and noticed that sometimes my back sidebutton (button four or five I think) was not working for a few minutes. Today it completely stopped working and I’ve tried everything I could find online, regarding the topic. I set it back to factory settings, restartet my PC and even uninstalled the drivers of the mouse. Is there something I can still do to fix it or is it just broken and I have to buy a new mouse?

 

I hope somebody can help me :(

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? What about updating its firmware? Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and look for other workarounds that we can attempt.
