Razer DeathAdder V2 firmware recovery issue — CRP DISABLD

Hello,

I have a Razer DeathAdder V2, model RZ01-03210.

After pressing the profile button under the mouse, it started disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly. The same issue happens on another PC, so it does not seem to be a Windows-specific problem.

When I connect the mouse, Windows sometimes shows a drive/device named “CRP DISABLD”, which makes me believe the mouse may be stuck in bootloader/firmware recovery mode.

I downloaded the official DeathAdder V2 Firmware Updater v1.04.01_r1, but the UPDATE button stays disabled and the updater does not detect the device properly.

Could you please provide the correct recovery firmware file or instructions to manually restore the mouse firmware?

I no longer have the purchase receipt, as the mouse was bought a long time ago. I understand the product may be out of warranty, and I am not requesting a replacement. I only need help with the firmware recovery procedure, since the device itself appears to be physically working.

Device: Razer DeathAdder V2
Model: RZ01-03210
Firmware updater tested: DeathAdder V2 Firmware Updater v1.04.01_r1
Issue: updater does not detect device / UPDATE button greyed out / CRP DISABLD appears in Windows
Tested on: two different PCs

Thank you.
