Razer Deathadder V2 Pro does not work

Hi! I just got a brand new DV2Pro but it does nothing! I tried plug in with the USB and nothing, i think it even does not turn on because I do not see any light in the mice or something. Any advice or should I send it back to Amazon? Thank you.

    Be sure, that cable is plugged in properly (conntected to the end, and not loose). If possible, try this mouse on other device.
