Razer Deathadder v2 turns on but doesn't move cursor.

I have a Razer Deathadder V2 and It was working completely fine a few days ago but now it lights up but doesn’t move the cursor for some reason. I restarted my computer, updated everything but still it isn’t working. My Viper Mini was working completely fine too but somehow it got burnt when it was plugged into one of my other laptops. Someone please help me out.

Only RMA if the mouse is not working on another PC.

What is “RMA”?

I completely removed everything and checked the circuit board but no damage to be seen at all in the Deathadder but in my Viper Mini 2 small components were burned. I tried plugging it into my computer and it started to burn and smoke.

seem to have the same issue for my DA essential, but my button still works and lights up. but it just doesn’t move after an update in windows 10 to my laptop. not sure what is the problem here.

Same here what worked for me is use the on screen keyboard go to ig you need it or use a different mouse in the meanwhile just for this settings>windows update>advanced options>recovery>advanced startup and chnage your restore point go back to what you where before the issue started and keep in mind the mouse should work while in bios since no apps have started yet unless its a hardware issue this is a good way to rule out if its a software issue.
