Was playing for a few minutes when the mouse decided to disconnect and a few seconds later connect again. Now, it has been going on like this and I tried every tips everyone had said but to no avail

+1When mouse is disconnecting, do you hear any disconnect/connect device sound in windows?
Also did you’ve tried with new batteries?
razer support basically said the dongle of the mouse itself is chalked. no work around to fix it unfortunately. need to replace the entire dongle. fortunately, i got a new dongle for free thanks to my warranty but may not be applicable for others.
