Hello, please tell me I bought a new mouse in a very famous store in Ukraine. The mouse worked for about 3 months without problems and then it stopped turning on. I tried everything, updated the mouse firmware, windows razer synapse. I reset the mouse in the device manager, nothing helps. Please tell me how I can solve this problem with you because I lost the receipt for this product and I can contact the store. I saw that I need my mouse so that they send me a working one. How long will I have to wait, I'm a schoolchild and I don't have money for a new mouse, and if I send you a mouse I won't have a mouse to use. Help
