As the title states.

i have tried reinstalling everything, i mean everything from fresh and synapse 3 still cant connect my mice, and i just bought it.

Synapse 3 is installed on Vmfusion and works fine so does the mice, yes i know Synapse does not support macos. Synapse3 is installed on Windows 11 IoT enterprise and runs fine.
>reinstalled, drivers, changing mouse policies, isolated synapse 3 to only receive driver updates.
> ran a hardware & troubleshoot
>reinstalled mouse drivers
>reinstalled windows
>reinstalled synapse 
>different ports
> windows+R services.msc ran refreshed/paused/stop all HID and razer softwares

i have the wired mice connected through Razer USB-C dock. 
windows 11 Device Manger reads HID compliant mouse but the OS windows 11 bluetooth devices reads Razer DeathAdder V3 so does Vmfusion reads DeathAdder V3

macos m3 arm max 
Vmfusion running a windows 11 IoT enterprise arm64
there seems to be some discrepancies that needs in depth addressing 
any assistance is much appreciated
