Razer DeathAdder V3 with the HyperPolling Wireless Dongle - WIFI AND MOUSE LAGS

Hello,

I'm using the Razer DeathAdder V3 with the HyperPolling Wireless Dongle. I’ve noticed that sometimes my Wi-Fi connection becomes unstable or starts lagging, and at the same time, I feel like my mouse also starts to lag or stutter.

Could this be caused by interference between the HyperPolling dongle and my Wi-Fi (especially since both use the 2.4 GHz band)?

Is there a recommended solution to avoid this kind of interference? Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Yes it may be caused by interference.

I’d recommend trying different 2.4GHz WiFi channel on your wireless access point.

@FiszPL I was thinking about this solution but I'm worried about the randomness of my solution.

I’m not really sure which channels the dongle uses — if it works like a router and switches them dynamically, then maybe the issue won’t pop up as often. But still, I won’t really know if the problem is gone for good, and I won’t be able to tell if it’s just my aim or this thing messing up again.

Enabling Asymmetric Cut-off and increasing Lift-Off and Landing distance fixed this for me. I maxed them out because I was so frustrated during troubleshooting but these could probably be slightly increased until its resolved.
