I am experiencing a squeaking noise from the scroll wheel on my Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro (green version). This is already my third replacement, and the same issue keeps happening. It’s becoming very stressful.
Even a cheap mouse at my workplace that costs less than $5 does not make this kind of noise. I also own a Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed, and its scroll wheel works perfectly without any issues. That makes this situation even more frustrating.
I purchased this product from overseas while living in Korea, and I feel very disappointed. I would really appreciate it if you could check this issue and provide a proper solution.
