my deathadder v4 pro stopped working after 3 months of using synapse sees the donge but but doeasnt respond to anything and windows doeasnt see anthing when i plug it with cable i tried reinstalling synapse with revo uninstaller and manually uninstalled it in device manager now it completly disappeared tried combinations of cliclking buttons i suspect that sleep mode got stuck and now it sleeps help

+1I’d try on another PC, but if you’ve already plugged the mouse via USB cable, and it still not working - then may be some HW issue with the mouse.
I’d just RMA it - most probably you still have valid warranty for it.
